Seaton 9 September 2018

Well here we are for the last section of the SWCP and its hard to believe that we are nearly finished. Margaret travelled down a couple of days ago to complete a short section that she missed last year and she sent me a couple of photos to prove she had done it!

I had previously done this section whilst on holiday in Torquay with CHA in 2009.

I travelled down on a Sunday and it took four trains and a two hour bus ride to reach Seaton but thankfully they all arrived almost on time and a great taxi driver in Exeter got me to the bus station in time and seemed to be prepared to block the exit of the bus station if necessary....it wasn't, the bus was late arriving!
We stayed in a pub in Seaton and were greeted with a very loud live band playing in the pub. Thankfully they finished at eight so by the time we had been out to eat and had a short evening stroll all was quiet.
